I don't wish to teach anyone how to suck eggs, but here is my version of 'the Other Indo Platform'[OIP]
· The vision is to represent every Indo regardless of Age, Gender, Religion , or anything, where ever in the world, who wish to be represented by OIP..
· Every Indo either Solo or in Groups, [for whatever purpose, makanan haibat or postzegelen or vissen] can be represented  and become part of OIP.

· To avoid the 'leaders' getting bitten by the 'God Syndrome' set up a two year change over of office. Pres. &  Vice-Pres. . And they cannot be re-elected until another two years have passed
· Open transparent communication is a must. Keep the membership fee as low as outgoing mail & other expenses etc. will allow.
· In other words keep it simple [the KISS principle]

We did it this way from 1985 with every immigrant Ethnic minority in NZ, each of them having the SAME one voting right, hence little Niue [pop.6000?] and say India [pop.900 m?] in this context have the same rights. The Government of course would not recognize us until we formed a Federation of Ethnic councils. This was done and this year we have a Minister of Ethnic Affairs.[ took 15 years sure, but we've got it]. I am a foundation member, 8 years secretary Auckland Ethnic Council and 1year Federation Secretary.

We had similar problems as you seem to have with IP. So my suggestion is to make a positive from a negative.[zij hebben 20 organisaties, OIP the REST ? yes?]
